Request for Taking Additional Credits

Dear Academic Affairs,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am Burenjargal, a senior in the English Education Department, graduating this semester. I am writing this email to request to take additional credits for this semester. As a student of the EE dept, I need to collect 124 credits to graduate. This is my last semester and I have 21 credits left to graduate, but I am allowed to take only 18 credits due to my GPA.

Would you please give me permission to take 21 credits this semester?
