Bionics

I read about bionics and found out many outstanding innovations bringing dream-like, world-changing ideas into real life. I was excited throughout the article when I read it because I imagined how those people who were getting implanted were feeling when they became able to do the things they wished to do. Firstly, it mentioned a little child who has a hearing loss, but with the bionic ears, he can listen to what his parents and peers say to him. Then, there was a woman, named Amanda Kitts, who lost one of her arms and is using bionic arms. At first, it was unbelievable to hear that one can distinguish the surface of the objects with a bionic limb. Additionally, technology can also give a new vision to someone. An old woman was experiencing a bionic vision made to her, and she was delighted to be able to see the world once again, which was her last wish in her life. In sum, technology is giving people what they lost earlier and making their wishes come true.
